Filing explorer
The same three calls an agent makes against the filings API: list a filer's filings, outline one, then read a section inside a token budget. Every chunk comes back with a citation naming the accession, the paragraph and the exact character range it was taken from.
This page only drives those three. For the other tools — the year-over-year diff, the cross-filing read, 8-K events, segments against a sector denominator — five worked examples record real exchanges, with the responses and the token cost written out.
Reading a filing that is not cached yet means fetching it from EDGAR, so this tool asks for an account. It needs no API key — the key is for /api/v1/filings/*, which is what you would call from your own code.
